Group/Division
With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA's metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. Job Duties, but not limited to:
  • Architect and build the MLOps backbone of our AI products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate multi-functionally with team members, designers, and engineers to define and implement technical requirements.
  • Deploy sophisticated ML models at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and high performance in production air-gapped environments.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest ML/AI research into real-world applications.
  • Lead the data pipeline-from dataset selection and preprocessing to quality assurance and model training.
  • Lead experimentation and statistical analysis to fine-tune models for optimal accuracy and efficiency.
  • Mentor and inspire junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
Base Pay Range: $111,900.00 - $190,200.00 Annually
