Job description

Concept Reply, part of the Reply Network, is a leader in IoT solutions. We support and advise our customers in Automotive, Manufacturing, Smart Infrastructure and beyond in all aspects of Internet of Things (IoT) and Cloud Computing. From designing and developing customized IoT solutions to implementing and managing them seamlessly, Concept Reply helps customers unlock the potential of IoT.
 
We are looking for a Mid-Level Android Developer with at least 3 years of experience (including education) developing Android mobile applications. The candidate should be comfortable working in an agile environment and have experience building reliable and scalable Android applications.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, QA, UI/UX, and product owners
Integrate APIs and third-party libraries
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and optimize app performance
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Support production releases and ongoing maintenance activities
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in Android development
Strong experience with Kotlin and Java
Experience with Android SDK and Android Studio
Knowledge of MVVM or other modern architecture patterns
Experience integrating RESTful APIs
Familiarity with Git version control
Strong understanding of Android app lifecycle and performance optimization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Jetpack Compose
CI/CD pipeline experience
Knowledge of Firebase or analytics integrations
Experience in automotive, IoT, or connected services applications

The base compensation range for this contract position is between $27.50 - $35.00 per hour. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
