Job Summary:
Doeren Mayhew is a tax, assurance and advisory firm headquartered in Troy, Michigan, and they are seeking a Senior IT Associate responsible for advanced troubleshooting and IT project assistance. This individual will act as a key liaison between end users and infrastructure teams while ensuring high-quality IT service delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site IT personnel for our Duluth and Alpharetta offices.
• Help Desk Technician II equivalent position.
• Stage offices / desks and assistant in moving computer hardware.
• Respond to and manage support requests via ticketing systems, phone, email, and in-person interactions while meeting established SLAs.
• Install and maintain computer systems and software on laptops and PCs.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures within the knowledge base.
Qualifications:
Required:
• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or help desk role.
• Experience with M365 administration and Windows OS.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments.
• Strong listening skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Drive for continued education and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong understanding of security best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.
