Position Purpose:
The Sr. Analyst, Rental Infrastructure - Facilities will drive the operational excellence, asset longevity, and long-term strategy for the Rental's portfolio of 30+ Hub and Shop facilities. Serving as a central hub for day-to-day operations and lease administration, this role is responsible for establishing comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) programs, managing service requests via ServiceChannel. A successful Senior Analyst will possess and demonstrate strong leadership skills, advanced analytical ability, and effective communication. Combining robust financial acumen with forward-looking asset management, the Sr. Analyst will own capital budget forecasting, oversee vendor performance, and act as the primary liaison for property management and lease renewals. Crucially, this role will partner with leadership on long-term portfolio strategies to scale facility capabilities, optimize shop infrastructure, and ensure the real estate footprint continuously supports evolving business demands
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Project Teams of Analysts and other associates
  • Perform data gathering tasks, synthesis - develop solutions, project/strategy planning and data utilization
  • Produce documents for teams and leadership to review and utilize. Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and sponsors
  • Build skills and knowledge including self-development, team knowledge and customer (internal) knowledge.

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
  • Typically reports to Store Operations Process Manager or Store Operations Business Manager (or Sr. Managers)
  • No associates report to this role on a permanent basis, but requires the leadership of a work group: assign and review work, train and contribute to performance appraisal (but not hiring, firing or disciplinary action).

Travel Requirements:
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business administration, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering or related field
  • 5 years of work experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Service Channel or CMMS Experience
  • Understanding of facilities management, lease administration
