Overview

Array Digital Infrastructure is a leading owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure. In this role, you'll be supporting a company that specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of tower assets that enable critical connectivity. You'll gain exposure to how Array partners with major wireless carriers and infrastructure users to deliver reliable, scalable network coverage. Working at the intersection of real estate and telecommunications, you'll see firsthand how the company optimizes its portfolio of tower sites to meet the growing demand for mobile data and next-generation connectivity.

As a Legal Intern, you will support a fast-paced, in-house legal team and gain hands-on experience across a variety of areas. Your work will include exposure to real estate matters, corporate governance, business licensing and compliance, and other projects as needed. This role is ideal if you have an interest in transactional law, real estate, and corporate practices, and are eager to learn how legal functions operate within a growing infrastructure company.

Through this internship, you will gain:

  • Exposure to in-house legal operations within a growing tower infrastructure company

This position will be hybrid based out of our headquarters located in Chicago, IL.
