Job Summary:

They are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to enhance ML infrastructure and collaborate with data scientists, while a Senior Machine Learning Engineer will lead technical solutions and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable ML infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers and data scientists to understand and address their infrastructure needs.
• Document infrastructure designs, processes, and operational procedures.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable ML infrastructure, leading the architecture and delivery of significant technical solutions.
• Proactively identify and solve complex, often cross-functional, technical problems within the ML infrastructure domain.
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers and data scientists to understand and address their infrastructure needs.
• Document infrastructure designs, processes, and operational procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical alignment and influence across teams.
Qualifications:
Required:
• BS/MS with 2-3 years of industry experience required for Machine Learning Engineer - Infra
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) for Machine Learning Engineer - Infra
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) and compiled languages (e.g., C++, Go, Rust) for Machine Learning Engineer - Infra
• Strong experience with Git and repository management for Machine Learning Engineer - Infra
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs and drive projects to completion for Machine Learning Engineer - Infra
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence technical decisions for Machine Learning Engineer - Infra
