Infosys is seeking a Senior Manager - Client Services for its Manufacturing Vertical. This role will lead all client interfaces within the assigned account, partnering with group managers and delivery leaders to build and execute the account plan. The Senior Client Partner is responsible for client management, revenue growth, and delivery assurance based on the account plan. Typically, the role manages a single account or a significant portion of a large account, with P&L responsibility of $50M+.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close. Drive executive relationships, pipeline governance, forecasting cadence, and deal progression.
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client. Provide delivery oversight through governance (QBRs/steerco), risk/escalation management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc. Shape commercial strategy (pricing/value articulation) and ensure disciplined execution of the account plan.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 10+ years of experience
• Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions and transformation plays for Manufacturing (e.g., Industry 4.0, OT/IT integration, plant/ERP modernization, cloud/data/AI)
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing business issues, operating models, and value drivers
• Experience working within a Global Delivery Model and managing delivery across multiple locations
• Experience managing large, multi-location consulting engagement teams with measurable delivery outcomes
• Track record as an Account Manager / Client Partner in a rapidly growing client relationship, with sustained revenue and margin growth
