Taches et responsabiltes:
- Production- Assurer la continuite de la production pendant les reglages et montages
- Respecter les documents securite, qualite et production
- Alerter en cas de derive de performance
- Prevenir sa hierarchie de la disponibilite machine
- Preparer les postes (Nettoyage, demontage....)
- Faire les essais d'outil avec assistance technique
- Renseigner les indicateurs de production et de qualite
- Qualite- Effectuer un demarrage serie avec tous les enregistrements relatifs au systeme qualite
- Verifier la conformite du plan conformement aux procedures internes
- Assurer la tracabilite du produit realise
- Effectuer et valider les controles
- Respecter les regles de base qualite (declaration des non-conformites, validation des retouches sous controle, autocontrole, boite rouge)
- Realiser et enregistrer les suivis dimensionnels
- Isoler les pieces douteuses et les identifier et informer sa hierarchie
- Securite- Suivre et appliquer les regles EHS en vigueur
- Effectuer des operations de maintenance et le 5S machines
- Veiller au maintien de la proprete des postes de travail et de l'environnement
- Verifier la consignation des machines
- Denoncer les situations a risque
