Serves as the first point of contact for technology support across The Arc of Monroe. Working in partnership with the organization's third-party Managed IT Services Provider (MSP), this position provides frontline technical support, resolves routine technology issues, coordinates escalations, and helps ensure employees receive timely and effective assistance.
Requirements
Minimum Education & Experience
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • One to two years of IT help desk, desktop support, or comparable technical support experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments preferred.

Licensure/Certification
  • Must have access to timely and reliable transportation to transport self to multiple sites.
