This program is designed for students who are eager to learn, passionate about technology, and excited to make an impact while gaining real-world experience at a Fortune 500 company. Throughout the internship, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen your problem-solving abilities, work on strategic initiatives, and build connections with professionals across the organization while experiencing The Markel Style in action.
Qualifications:

  • Current college student (rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors) pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field or military experience
  • Strong academic performance (3.0 GPA minimum)
  • Quick learner, with ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
  • Strong problem-solving abilities; keen attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
