What We're Looking For
Benchmark is hiring an Information Technology Generalist to provide administrative and entry level IT support to the bank's IT department. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively with others to solve problems. A positive, can-do attitude is required and the ability to communicate effectively with all level of employees. This position will be located in our Processing Building in Kenbridge, VA.
Qualifications:
  • Two or four-year degree preferred but not required. Additional education, training, certifications, or work experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Salary Scale: $37,586 - $50,155
Schedule: Full-time, working Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
