Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group (JAM) is looking for a versatile and proactive IT Generalist to support and maintain our technology infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats-handling everything from help desk support to systems administration and basic networking. You'll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly and helping employees stay productive.
When submitting your resume, ensure it includes a list of applications or software that you have assisted on with each labeled with an "expert," "proficient," or "barely" rating.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Teams, SharePoint, Office 365).
  • Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Help desk or ticketing system experience.

Compensation & Schedule
  • Annual Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
