Position Overview:

River Edge is looking to fill the position of IT Data Operations Technician. This position is responsible for providing first-level IT support to CCBHC team members by setting up laptops and other computing devices, installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, responding to support requests, and training staff on the effective use of computer systems. The role also requires occasional travel and the ability to perform other duties as assigned. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least a high school diploma/GED equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
  • Intermediate to advance Office 365 knowledge.
  • Intermediate to Advanced PC troubleshooting.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience working in IT/Data Analyst
  • Good organizational skills are a must, able to communicate well both verbally and written.
  • Positive energy person, good communicator.
  • Can handle and protect confidential information.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • All applicants must pass a satisfactory background clearance and pre-employment drug test.
  • Provide 2 Professional references (Former employers only, no family members).
