Overview of Position:

Provides training for designated area(s), including end-user training, training materials and curriculum development, documentation and tracking

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1. Provides training from the beginning of the project.
2. Develops, supports and maintains training curriculum and materials.
3. Builds training environments for designated module(s).
4. Participates in build for designated module(s)
5. Responsible for detailed curriculum content (script)
6. Conducts training for specific areas.
7. Conducts general overviews of the system in front of various levels of the organization.
8. Participates in workflow validation sessions as well as build for designated module(s).
9. Coordinates and modifies appropriate level of training for each user.
10. Trains super-users.
11. Assists with scenario-based training.
12. Follows and monitors project training plan.
13. Conduct Epic demonstrations during pilots, dress rehearsals.
14. Develops tip sheets for go live.
15. Attend status meetings conducted by Team Lead and Project Manager.
16. Complete project tasks within timeline as assigned by Project Manager and/or Team Lead.
17. Ensure deliverables are approved by the appropriate users and are completed in accordance with the plan.
18. Work with Project Manager and/or Team Lead to establish and enforce work assignments.
19. Escalates issues immediately to Training Manager and/or Team Lead that cannot be resolved by the assigned work group.
20. Assist Team Lead in training individuals.
21. Assist Training Manager with training plan for designated area(s).
22. Required to perform end-user training.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Associates degree in computer science, management, education related curriculum, or related discipline, or equivalent experience in one of the above is required.
2. Epic experience is preferred
3. Appropriate certification(s) will be obtained in appropriate timeframes.
4. Experience with technology and/or healthcare.
5. Ability to work in a Matrix reporting relationship
6. Strong organizational skills.
7. Ability to deal with a number of tasks simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
8. Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
9. Experience will presentation software tools and multi-media training modalities.
10. Able to present in front of large groups.
11. Comfortable interacting with various levels of leadership.
12. Knowledge of basic workstation functionality and ability to troubleshoot basic workstation issues.
