Description
The student assistant Intern, IT, will assist the help desk with work requests, phone calls, and walk in services. The intern supports many tools students utilize for their academic journey at NCF. This intern position will get a hands-on view of how IT supports and manages these tools to assist students.
Examples of Duties
  • Handle technical work orders assigned by Help Desk management
  • Answer phone calls to the help desk
  • Upgrade classroom/lab computers to prepare for Fall 2026
  • Assist with computer/software inventory and other miscellaneous items
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • Good academic standing, customer service oriented, & reliable
