About the Role
Pinnacle Partners is recruiting for a temp to hire Administrative Assistant for our client. Our client is seeking a dependable, organized professional to provide support and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. We are seeking someone who is detail oriented, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all calendaring
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Write/edit documents
  • Manage files
  • Assist with all program-based administrative support
  • Update, track, and report information on spreadsheets
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
