Job Summary
The HRIS Manager serves as Prevea Health's primary subject matter expert and long-term steward of the organization's Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, responsible for the design, administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of all HRIS systems and processes. This role owns the day-to-day and strategic management of the HCM system while serving as the key liaison between Human Resources, IT, Finance, Payroll, and Operations across Prevea's multispecialty clinic network. The HRIS Manager combines technical expertise with strong HR functional knowledge to drive system performance, data integrity, and a consistent employee and manager experience. This position plays a critical role in sustaining workforce data accuracy that informs clinical staffing, regulatory compliance reporting, and strategic planning at all levels of the organization. The HRIS Manager leads or supports HCM implementation and upgrade projects as needed, and proactively identifies automation and process improvement opportunities to support a growing and evolving workforce.
What you will do

  • Serve as primary HCM system administrator: manage user access, security roles, workflow configuration, system settings, and employee data to ensure platform reliability, accuracy, and compliance with data governance standards.
  • Lead or support end-to-end HCM implementations, upgrades, integrations, and new module rollouts-including project planning, configuration, testing (UAT), data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits, troubleshooting, and validation; proactively identify and resolve discrepancies before they impact operations, payroll, or compliance reporting.
  • Design, build, and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics supporting HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations; ensure accurate reporting for regulatory filings (EEO-1, ACA, OSHA) and internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and implement system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements; collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to translate evolving business needs into effective system solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HCM-related questions, issues, and escalations; provide tiered support to HR staff, managers, and employees; create and maintain user guides, configuration documentation, and training materials.
  • Manage the organizational relationship with the HCM vendor, including support tickets, escalations, release management, and strategic roadmap discussions; partner with IT on system integrations, data security, and technical enhancements.


Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Required

Experience Qualifications

  • 3-5 years HRIS or HR Systems administration experience with hands-on HCM platform management, including exposure to at least one major implementation or upgrade. Required
  • 3-5 years Demonstrated hands-on experience with at least one enterprise HCM platform (e.g. Ceridian Dayforce, ADP, Workday, UKG/Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors, or equivalent. Required
  • HRIS experience in a healthcare, multi-site, or complex organizational environment. Preferred

  • Proficiency in HCM system configuration, workflow design, and integration management with downstream payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, pivot tables, reporting dashboards); ability to build and interpret complex workforce reports.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical HR, operational, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulatory requirements related to HR data and workforce reporting, including HIPAA, ACA, FLSA, FMLA, and EEO.
  • Knowledge of data integrations, APIs, or middleware tools connecting HCM platforms to adjacent systems (preferred).
