Job description

PRIME HOSPITALITY GROUP

Business Systems Manager

Indianapolis,IN  | Full-Time  |

ABOUT PRIME HOSPITALITY GROUP

Established in 2017, Prime Hospitality Group started with five Ruth's Chris Steak House

restaurants and swiftly grew to become the largest franchise group of the

global brand, with twelve current locations. In recent years, we have expanded

to additional food and beverage concepts as well as into the hotel hospitality

space, creating a thriving collection of exciting service-oriented brands.

As a committed employer, we seek dedicated team members and empower them to achieve their

goals. With passion and values to guide our team, we work tirelessly to provide

unparalleled hospitality and outstanding experiences. At PHG we are proud

of our agile and committed culture, which has led PHG to be selected as one of

the “Great Places to Work” in Indiana in 2024.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Prime Hospitality

Group is hiring a Business Systems Manager to own the day-to-day configuration,

administration, and support of our core operating systems — Aloha, Restaurant

365, and Paylocity — across all restaurant and hotel locations.

This is a hands-on,

execution-focused role. You'll be the person who keeps menus, pricing,

integrations, and reporting running correctly across a fast-growing,

multi-location organization, working closely with our finance team and outside

technology partners to keep everything connected and reliable.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE

The ideal candidate

will be responsible for building and maintaining structured data inside

platforms like Aloha. In practice, that means:

Aloha (POS): Building and updating menu items, modifiers, and pricing inside Aloha

Manager or Aloha Configuration Center. Setting up sales categories correctly so

reporting tools read the data cleanly. Rolling out database updates to

individual stores or groups of stores. Managing item names, PLUs, and timing

tables.

Restaurant 365 (R365): Maintaining the chart of accounts and GL mapping, keeping the

Aloha-to-R365 data flow clean, and building reports for labor cost, COGS, and

inventory tracking.

Paylocity (HRIS): Basic administration and data integrity between HR/payroll and the

other systems.

If you've configured a POS system, managed

a multi-location menu rollout, or done GL/reporting setup in a restaurant ERP,

you already have the right background for this role.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Day-to-Day System

Configuration & Support

Own Aloha menu, pricing, and modifier setup

across all locations

Maintain R365 chart of accounts, GL

mapping, and reporting configuration

Troubleshoot day-to-day issues across POS,

ERP, and HRIS systems

Support new restaurant and hotel openings

by standing up POS, network, and system access

Reporting & Data Accuracy

Build and maintain dashboards for labor

cost, COGS, and guest sentiment

Ensure sales categories and data structures

are clean and consistent for accurate reporting

Vendor & Support

Coordination

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact

for our managed service provider and POS reseller

Escalate and track issues through to

resolution

Flag when hardware, integrations, or

licensing need attention

Basic Compliance Support

Follow PCI-DSS and data-handling

requirements as part of standard system administration

Keep hardware and software inventories

current across locations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Experience: 3–7 years working directly in Aloha and/or Restaurant 365 (or a

comparable multi-location POS/ERP environment) — hands-on configuration

experience matters far more than years of management experience

Technical Comfort: Confident navigating POS back-office tools, ERP reporting, and basic

HRIS administration

Detail-Oriented: Comfortable owning structured data across a multi-location environment

where a pricing or configuration error affects real transactions

Communicator: Able to explain a system issue clearly to a restaurant GM or hotel

manager who isn't technical

Education: Relevant experience is valued as much as formal education; a degree in

business, hospitality, or information systems is a plus but not required

WHY PRIME HOSPITALITY GROUP?

At PHG, we don't

just provide \support\; we provide \hospitality\ to our own

team members. You'll be joining a \Great Place to Work\ award-winning

culture that values agility, dedication, and excellence. We are looking for someone

who takes pride in keeping the systems running smoothly behind the scenes of an

exceptional guest experience.

Our Perks and

Benefits: PHG is committed to continually enhancing the employee experience by

actively seeking new perks and benefits. For the most up-to-date offerings,

visit primehg.com.

Work Authorization: Authorized to

work in the United States of America.

This job description is not designed to cover or contain

a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are
