Job description

OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Director, HRIS with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors HCM to lead our HR technology initiatives and manage a global HRIS team. This role will be responsible for managing the configuration, optimization, and administration of SuccessFactors while ensuring alignment with business needs and HR strategies. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of HR processes to drive efficiency and enhance user experience across the system.   This role will be based preferably out of our Milford MA, HQ on a hybrid basis (3 days per week on site). It could also be based out of our New Castle, DE site, also on a hybrid basis. Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to
  • Oversee the end-to-end administration, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure the system aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Lead and develop a global HRIS team through complex HRIS projects, initiatives, and day-to-day operations.
  • Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects with other HR and enterprise platforms.
  • Develop and maintain HR analytics and reporting capabilities, leveraging SuccessFactors' tools.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to HR teams and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and regulatory requirements related to HRIS.
  • Manage third-party vendors and consultants to maximize system performance and innovation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience, process automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead post-acquisition HRIS activities: Data mapping, ensuring system readiness for harmonization, and system integration execution
The successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience that would include the following

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience managing HR systems, with extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
  • Prior leadership experience managing a global HRIS team.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, workforce planning, compensation, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Experience leading HRIS projects, system implementations, and upgrades.
  • Advanced proficiency in data reporting, dashboards, and analytics within SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, translating HR needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, security, and data privacy best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work onsite at Milford MA location Tue-Thur or New Castle DE

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience integrating SuccessFactors with ERP or payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based HR technologies and emerging HR trends.
