Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a driven HRIS Specialist II to join our HRIS team. As a member of our highly collaborative team, you will manage key aspects of our HR Systems, ensuring accurate processing of employee data, performing entry-level reporting, conducting audits, and resolving system issues. This position will also support various HR projects as needed and report directly to the HRIS Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Data Management & Auditing:
    • Ensure the accuracy of employee data updates in HR systems.
    • Assist in audit processes and facilitate the correction of data discrepancies as necessary.
  • Issue Monitoring & Resolution:
    • Monitor user-reported issues, resolve in a timely manner, and escalate complex issues as appropriate.
  • Training & Support:
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of HRIS training materials to help end-users understand system functionalities.
  • System Process Support:
    • Facilitate the timely execution of regularly scheduled system processes, including data uploads, payroll, and benefits updates.
  • HRIS Functionality Testing:
    • Participate in testing new HRIS functionalities, ensuring they meet operational needs and are properly integrated.
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with HRIS team members and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to help develop and implement new processes, policies, and procedures for improving system efficiency.
  • Reporting & Data Generation:
    • Generate routine HRIS reports and assist in designing custom reports requested by HR teams or other stakeholders.
  • Other Duties:
    • Perform additional tasks assigned, which may include supporting specific HR projects or system-related initiatives.
    Qualifications
    • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • HR Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with HR systems such as Infor CloudSuite GHR, ADP, Dayforce, or similar platforms.
    • Payroll/Timekeeping Systems Exposure: Exposure to payroll or timekeeping systems like Dayforce, Infor WFM is beneficial.
    • Industry Experience: A background in the hospitality industry is a plus, especially in managing workforce data.

    Compensation:

    The salary range is $48,000 - $55,000 depending on experience.
