Job Description: The Guest Services Cashier is responsible for supporting our execution of an excellent guest experience, this achieved by greeting, welcoming, and assisting guests with ticketing, fudge or virtual reality purchases as well as controlling the flow of service by seating and opening auditoriums.
Job Purpose: To provide excellent guest experiences, by assisting guests with ticketing, seating of guests in dining room, and assisting guests in bowling and arcade areas.
Job Qualifications:
• Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests and responsibly operate a cash drawer
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Works days, nights, holidays and/or weekends as required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Must have problem solving abilities, and time-management skills
• Ability to monitor and assist in the purchase of Virtual Reality games
• Ability to explain Envision Cinemas policies and concept to guests

Job Tasks:
• Adhere to company standards of cleanliness in all areas of our facility
• Assist guests with purchase of movie tickets, bowling, and arcade games
• Proper cleaning, use and storage of all entertainment and dining areas
• Safely serving fudge to guests, as well as communicating information about allergies
• Maintaining a clean and visually appealing fudge display
• Communicate with managers when guests communicate any service issues
• Ensure Guest Services operations are running smoothly by completing all “Jolt” checklists in a timely manner
• Assist in making sure restroom checks happen hourly by completing “Jolt” checklists
• Direct guests to auditoriums, scan tickets and provide menus
• Pro-active in getting things done and exceeding expectations of both guests and team members
• Enforce and follow all Envision Cinemas policies, such as our No Outside Food or Drink policy, age restrictions on tickets or Virtual Reality participation
• Assisting bar staff with cleanliness of the lounge area as necessary
• Showing flexibility and willingness to perform tasks outside of an assigned position
• Complete training and attend classes as directed
• Comply to all manager requests for any cleaning tasks or other duties
• Greeting and welcoming, answering questions, thanking, and saying goodbye to guests
• Suggesting our Loyalty program to guests
Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 45lbs.
