Job description

Client Service Associate

Our client, a growing wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to provide exceptional support to both clients and financial advisors. This role is responsible for managing client service requests, supporting account administration, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the relationship lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Account Administration

  • Assist with new client onboarding and account opening processes.
  • Process account paperwork, transfers, beneficiary updates, distributions, and other service requests.
  • Coordinate client communications and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM and operational systems.
  • Ensure all client requests are handled accurately and promptly.

Advisor Support

  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and client review documents.
  • Assist with scheduling and follow-up tasks.
  • Gather and organize information for financial planning and client reviews.
  • Help manage ongoing service and review schedules.

Operations & Administration

  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files.
  • Support compliance and documentation requirements.
  • Assist with client events, educational workshops, and marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client information and adherence to firm procedures.

This is temporary-to-direct, full-time position, hiring immediately. This client will consider a direct-hire offer for the right candidate. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay is commensurate with experience, in the range of $16.50 to $22 per hour. If hired on direct, this company offers retirement options, performance related bonuses and PTO/paid holidays. Health insurance is not available at this time.

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in client service, administration, banking, financial services, or a professional office environment.
  • Experience in wealth management, financial planning, banking, insurance, or investment services preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
