The IT Support Specialist will provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and assist in maintaining our IT infrastructure. The position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure seamless technology operations across the organization. The role also offers an opportunity to work with a diverse range of systems, including Windows, Linux, and network environments, supporting end-users and maintaining critical IT services.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Associate Degree in Computer and Information Science
  • 3 years of Computer and Information Science support experience
  • Strong understanding of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and VPN management
