Job Summary
The Senior Network Coordinator ensures the accuracy, consistency, and usability of data received from internal and external sources across the Network. This role validates and standardizes data for downstream systems, analytics, reporting, and population health platforms. The position also supports adoption by developing clear documentation, job aids, and training resources that help clinical, operational, IT, and leadership teams understand and consistently use data-related workflows.
Responsibilities
• Review, validate, reconcile, and monitor payer, vendor, and external partner data feeds for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Identify data discrepancies, missing information, anomalies, and root causes; coordinate resolution with source teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain standardized data definitions, formats, validation rules, and workflows to support reliable system integration and reporting.
• Partner with Population Health IT, clinical teams, operations, vendors, and payors to support file testing, data feed implementation, and ongoing data readiness.
• Ensure clean, standardized data is available for performance measurement, care management, regulatory reporting, and value-based care initiatives.
• Support secure data transmission to external partners in accordance with company security protocols and data protection policies.
• Communicate data quality issues, risks, remediation efforts, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Create user-friendly documentation, job aids, workflow guides, and training materials to support consistent adoption of data processes and tools.
• Train and support end users across technical and non-technical audiences, including care teams, IT, leadership, and external partners.
