Informatics Trainers play a key role in ensuring that healthcare teams can use digital tools efficiently to improve patient care and comply with regulations. Their work often involves collaborating with IT departments, clinicians, and administrators to tailor training to the organization's needs.

What are some common challenges informatics trainers face when introducing new healthcare technologies to staff?

Informatics Trainers often encounter resistance to change when implementing new healthcare technologies, as staff may be accustomed to established workflows. Addressing varying levels of technical proficiency among users can also be challenging, requiring trainers to adapt their teaching methods for diverse audiences.
