Job Description

The IHD is seeking a Research & Evaluation Coordinator (SeniorResearch Assistant) to support the Office of Research &Evaluation (R&E). The R&E Office provides centralizedresearch, evaluation, data, and learning support acrossorganizational centers and initiatives, helping strengthendata-informed decision-making, program improvement, strategicgrowth, dissemination activities, and organizational impact. TheCoordinator will also support research and evaluation projects bycoordinating data collection and reporting, managing projectworkflows, assisting with dissemination, and facilitatingcollaboration among internal and external stakeholders. Theposition works closely with the Director of Research &Evaluation and other R&E staff, program staff, researchers,evaluators, and community partners to support high-quality researchand evaluation activities across the organization.

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations and activities of the Officeof Research & Evaluation (R&E).
  • Manage the R&E Office intake, consultation, and projectrequest process, connecting teams with appropriate research andevaluation support.
  • Coordinate and support research, evaluation, and technicalassistance activities for internal and external partners.
  • Manage NIRS data collection, quality assurance, reporting, andoutcome tracking.
  • Maintain research and evaluation tools, templates, protocols,and other shared resources.
  • Coordinate research, evaluation, and data activities acrossmultiple projects and programs.
  • Support program evaluation, continuous quality improvement(CQI), and organizational learning initiatives.
  • Assist with IRB submissions, research compliance activities,and grant reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, publications,dashboards, and other dissemination products. Support grantproposal development, evaluation planning, logic model development,and related data activities. Build and maintain collaborativerelationships with program teams, community partners, and otherstakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of organizationalresearch and evaluation infrastructure.

Anticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been establishedas $72,000 to $78,000/year.

Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but notlimited to, the individual’s particular combination of education,skills, and experience, as well as organizationalrequirements.
