Job description

Technical Informatica ETL Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering enterprise-scale data warehouse and analytics initiatives.
  • This role coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of modern data platforms, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Fabric and data governance using Microsoft Purview.
  • Should have expertise in delivering projects involving EDW modernization, cloud data platforms, and analytics solutions.
  • Partner with client on Fabric/Purview integration & implementation
  • Participate in implementation and integration of Microsoft Fabric components (e.g., OneLake, Data Engineering, Data Factory, Data Science, Power BI).
  • Communicating with Customer on daily/weekly/need basis to participate in the strategic discussions.
  • Lead the team of 10 - 20 associates
  • Knowledge of issue management and risk management, Scope management and resource management.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to learn and work on project.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Data Warehouse and analytics initiatives, from initiation through closure.
  • Drafting proposals, providing effort estimations, and participating in client presentations
  • Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers to find solutions for projects and operational issues for existing and proposed solutions on Data Governance & Management.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, and analytics.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its role in modern data architectures.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview for data governance, cataloging, and compliance.
  • Understanding of Azure data services and BI ecosystems (e.g., Power BI).
  • Leverage Fabric/Purview implementation experience to lead the delivery in the engagement

Basic Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of hands-on large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse or analytics initiatives.
  • 5+ years of technical lead experience, including large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse or analytics initiatives.
  • 5+ years experience with Informatica ETL
  • 4+ years hands on with Azure cloud-based data platform projects.
  • 2+ years with Microsoft Fabric and its role in modern data architectures, including Power BI
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have; (But not a must)
  • Insurance experience

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $92,408 - 171,125. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
