Role: IDMC & AI Governance Lead Developer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Informatica IDMC & AI Governance Developer / Lead with over 14 years of experience in enterprise data management, cloud data integration, and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), strong exposure to Informatica CLAIRE AI, and proven experience implementing enterprise data governance frameworks. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data management and governance solutions that support analytics, AI initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise data management solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
  • Leverage Informatica CLAIRE AI capabilities for intelligent data discovery, metadata management, and automated data governance.
  • Lead the implementation of enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
  • Implement and manage Data Catalog, Data Quality, Data Integration, and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within IDMC.
  • Collaborate with data architects, business stakeholders, and analytics teams to enable trusted data for reporting and AI/ML initiatives.
  • Define and enforce data standards, data stewardship processes, and data lifecycle management.
  • Configure and manage data lineage, metadata management, and data classification using Informatica tools.
  • Support regulatory and compliance initiatives (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) through robust governance implementations.
  • Provide architectural guidance and best practices for cloud data platforms and enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership in Informatica implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 14+ years of experience in data integration, data management, or data governance.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) components such as:
  • Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
  • Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)
  • Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC)
  • Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Experience using Informatica CLAIRE AI for metadata intelligence and automation.
  • Proven experience implementing enterprise data governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data lineage, metadata management, data cataloging, and data quality management.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Good understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience with SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Informatica certifications related to IDMC or Data Governance.
  • Experience integrating IDMC with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AI-driven data management and intelligent automation.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise data transformation programs.
