Position : Informatica Modernization Specialist
Location : Remote
Duration : 6+ Month
Visa : USC & GC
The Informatica Modernization Specialist is responsible for assisting our team as we move along in our journey from Power Center to CDI-PC to IDMC.
Focus for this role would be providing subject matter expertise on the migration from Power Center and other on-premises Informatica products to our target state of IDMC & CDI-PC.
This includes engineering the environments and solutions, defining best practices, assisting with the establishment of operational processes, while sharing knowledge with the rest of the team.
Experience with Informatica's migration strategy and managing organizations through this transformation would be largely beneficial.
You may also be called to assist with support of the legacy deployments while they are still in production use.
Bonus skills or experience include Financial Operations / charge back for Informatica, Java development experience, familiarity with infrastructure automation or operational automation.
- 4+ years' experience administering Informatica platforms and products.
- Experience with Informatica modernization from legacy products to IDMC.
- Scripting and automation experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM concepts, practices, and principles.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.
