This position is primarily remote, enabling you to set your own schedule, and work at your convenience while maintaining a work-life balance. Our outpatient office model allows you to consult and counsel clients via secure video chat for the comfort and safety of both parties. We provide unlimited administrative and technological support, so you can spend more time focusing on client care and less on paperwork and logistics.

• Assess individual client needs through video conferences, developing personalized care strategies to optimize their mental health and emotional well-being.
• Facilitate engaging discussions to help clients articulate their feelings and experiences, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
• Establish meaningful therapeutic relationships by acting as a client advocate, supporting them in defining and reaching relevant goals.
• Employ a collaborative, solution-focused approach to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, designing and implementing effective treatment plans based on your clinical knowledge.
• Continuously track client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes and satisfaction.

The client base at Inspire and Empower Counseling Center consists of stable adults with low-acuity mental health concerns. Prior to working with our counselors, all clients are meticulously screened to ensure that they are suitable for outpatient therapy. This approach allows our licensed professionals to focus on providing care to clients who are ready and willing to engage constructively in their mental health journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must be fully licensed by the state board and in good standing to practice independently, holding one of the following credentials:
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for effectively connecting with clients.
• Proficient computer skills are required for managing electronic client records and utilizing our integrated therapy platform.

We are looking for candidates who have at least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting. Experience working with diverse populations and incorporating evidence-based practices into therapy is highly desired.
