Senior Infor M3 Stabilization & Optimization Support
A manufacturing/distribution organization recently completed a major Infor M3 go live and is seeking an experienced senior-level M3 consultant to assist with post-go-live stabilization, operational support, process refinement, and best practice alignment across multiple functional areas.
The organization currently has finance adoption assistance in place but now requires broader functional and operational M3 expertise to help stabilize and mature the environment.
Ideal Consultant Background
The ideal consultant would have:
  • Strong hands-on post-go-live Infor M3 stabilization experience
  • Functional understanding across:
    • Order management
    • Distribution
    • Shipping/logistics
    • Inventory/warehouse
    • Finance/accounting
    • Security administration
  • Experience troubleshooting transactional and workflow-related issues
  • Ability to bridge business process and system configuration discussions
