Job description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as an experienced ERP Business Analyst on the Production and Inventory team, focusing on the rollout and ongoing support of Infor M3 ERP and Factory Track systems across multiple manufacturing plant locations.
- Support various plant processes, including production, inventory, shipping, and receiving, throughout each ERP deployment wave.
- Participate in key deployment activities: requirements gathering, process validation, testing, data validation, user training, cutover, go-live support, and hypercare.
- Work directly with plant operations staff and technical teams to analyze and resolve system and process issues.
- Develop, maintain, and update business requirements, process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and job aids.
- Train plant personnel on ERP functionalities and best practices, ensuring successful operational adoption on the plant floor.
- Apply lessons learned to optimize future ERP deployment waves and provide ongoing system support.
- Travel extensively to plant locations for hands-on support during deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
- Leverage strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and ERP systems (preferably Infor M3, SAP, or MES).
- Utilize experience with shop-floor transactions, scanners, inventory management, and operational workflows.
- Build effective relationships with plant teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth ERP adoption.
- Demonstrate strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Food and beverage or poultry industry experience is a plus.
