ERP Business Systems Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA Area (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

We're seeking an experienced ERP Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in enterprise technology and ERP transformation initiatives. This position will partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to improve processes, gather requirements, drive solution design, and support large-scale ERP and enterprise application projects.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work directly with business leaders, end users, project teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver impactful ERP and enterprise application initiatives. If you enjoy solving complex business challenges, improving processes, and influencing enterprise-wide technology decisions, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Partner with business leaders and end users to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and gather requirements.
  • Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, specifications, and solution designs.
  • Support ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Create process maps, workflows, wireframes, and business analysis documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and validation.
  • Develop training materials, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
  • Support organizational change management and end-user adoption efforts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or ERP Analyst experience.
  • Experience supporting ERP platforms and business processes within Finance and Operations environments.
  • Working knowledge of ERP financials including: AR, AP, O2C, P2P, Payroll, Project Accounting, etc..
  • Experience gathering requirements and creating artifacts including: User Stories, Process Maps, Requirements Docs, Workflow Diagrams, etc..
  • Experience supporting testing, training, deployment, and user adoption activities.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ERP implementation, migration, or transformation project experience.
  • Experience supporting organizations within construction, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or field services environments.
  • Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, IFS, Infor, JD Edwards, Epicor, or similar systems.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Familiarity with reporting, analytics, or database concepts.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, CBAP, or related certifications.
