Job description

Job Summary

We're looking for a driven, thoughtful Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic, fast-paced Influencer Marketing team. This role will be a key part of our industry-leading team and will help bring to life our marketing initiatives, foster influencer relationships, and manage our day-to-day programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, conscientious and committed to accuracy, and will come with experience in influencer marketing within the beauty or fashion industries. This candidate will be able to multitask under time constraints, meet deadlines, and work within a fast-paced environment. A self-starter who is resourceful and a team player.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Outreach and Community Management
    • Manage influencer database (updating trackers, addresses, vetting influencer requests, gifting, etc) 
    • Help team identify, vet and develop talent 
    • Work closely with agency partners to intercept and respond to in-bound influencer requests 
    • Coordinate monthly community mailers, including vendor communications, workback timeline and mailer list management
    • Support creator retention efforts through community engagement
    • Support retailer influencer programs including Sephora Squad, Ulta Beauty Collective (UBC)
    • Assist with Canada influencer marketing initiatives, including creator vetting, and gifting
  • Oversee Product Inventory
    • Placing/tracking influencer product orders for gratis orders
    • Coordinate milestone gifting and personalized moments for creators to strengthen long-term brand relationships
  • Assist with the execution of all organic, paid, and experiential marketing activities
    • Support with mailer list management and timelines
    • Keep campaign trackers, mailer lists, and project documents organized and up to date to ensure smooth execution
  • Reporting and Data Tracking
    • Track and report activation and evergreen results in a timely manner via influencer marketing platforms 
    • Support in preparing post mortem presentations to analyze strengths and areas for improvement
    • Monitor competitor coverage, industry trends, influencer landscape shifts
  • Support the management of affiliate platforms (e.g., ShopMy, TikTok Shop, LTK), including creator vetting, support campaigns, and track program performance.
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage day-to-day documents and files to maintain team productivity
    • Assist with tracking and updating team budgets following activations; manage payment to vendors

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related fields. 
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in PR and/or marketing; agency or experiential 
  • Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, influencers, and best practices 
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Must be based in San Francisco 
  • Comfortable with G-Suite, especially Google Sheets, Calendar, Slides

The Details: 

The expected hourly pay rate for this position is $26.00 to $29.00. The exact base pay is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. 

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
