Position Overview

The Influencer Marketing Manager will develop and execute creator, influencer, and affiliate program strategies for our portfolio of brands, which will include both in‑kind and paid influencer campaigns. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with each brand’s identity, audience, and growth goals. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and analytical—capable of sourcing the right talent, building authentic partnerships, managing campaigns end‑to‑end, and working collaboratively with internal and external teams.

Creator Marketing
  • Drive brand integration by collaborating with creators to authentically weave our brand narrative into their content, ensuring high‑value engagement.
  • Identify, vet, and secure influencers across priority platforms including, but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators, acting as the key point of contact throughout campaign lifecycles.
  • Partner with internal brand and creative teams to develop briefs that guide creators in producing content that feels native to their channel while integrating brand value.
  • Develop long‑term creator partnerships that go beyond individual activations to build deep brand advocacy and loyalty.
  • Define and lead the long‑term influencer vision and roadmap, evolving with culture, platforms, and business priorities
  • Build and manage a high‑impact creator ecosystem, balancing scaled partnerships with deeper, strategic relationships
  • Maintain influencer databases and regularly refresh talent pools to keep up with cultural trends and platform shifts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, creator economy shifts, and best practices to ensure innovative and relevant influencer programs.
Influencer Paid Marketing
  • Manage influencer campaigns and ad placements ensuring strategic media buys and high‑performance targeting for maximum brand visibility.
  • Optimize paid influencer spend by analyzing CPM, CPL, CPA, and ROAS, ensuring the placements contribute to broader business objectives.
  • Architect 360° influencer programs across key campaigns and moments, spanning earned, owned, and paid.
  • Lead agency partners and investment with a focus on performance, efficiency, and measurable impact.
  • Establish measurement frameworks that connect influencer activity to business outcomes
  • Partner with internal teams for long term planning, ensuring integration with paid media, PR, brand, creative from the outset.
  • Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and compensation for paid partnerships.
  • Continuously test, learn, and refine, building a system that improves over time.
Affiliate
  • Build and scale an affiliate program by recruiting and managing brand ambassadors and identifying, onboarding, and nurturing long‑term revenue‑sharing partners.
  • Develop and maintain a structured outreach strategy to continuously identify and convert high‑potential revenue‑sharing partners.
  • Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor affiliate performance, commission structures, and conversion quality.
  • Foster strong relationships with ambassadors through consistent communication, resource sharing, and performance‑based incentives.
Technology & Operations
  • Identify and implement tools and platforms to improve efficiency, insight generation, sourcing, communication, reporting, and scalability.
  • Balance technology with a thoughtful, human approach to creators and community.
  • Build repeatable systems and processes that enable speed, consistency, and quality.
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts, benchmarking against best‑in‑class brands and translating trends into action.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Experience managing both in‑kind/gifting programs and paid influencer partnerships.
  • Proven ability to develop influencer strategies and select talent based on brand alignment and audience data.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., Cohley, GRIN, Upfluence, or similar).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to manage campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
