Job description

We are seeking an experienced, strategic Social Media Manager to manage and execute the North America multi-channel social media presence while partnering closely with the Sr.Director, Global Social Media to ensure consistency, performance, and innovation across channels.



Key Responsibilities


  • Map out and execute the North America social media strategy in alignment with global social vision, standards, and priorities.
  • Drive audience growth, engagement and performance across all priority social platforms, with a strong emphasis on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video.
  • Partner closely with the Sr. Director, Global Social Media to translate global content and influencer strategy into market-relevant execution.
  • Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns supporting commercial goals, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Assist Sr. Director, Global Social Media in developing the influencer and creator community for North America, including identification, briefing, content development, execution and performance evaluation.
  • Serve as the primary social media partner to cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, creative, regulatory, legal), ensuring alignment and on-time execution.
  • Oversee content planning, asset development, publishing and optimization across platforms with social content creation as needed.
  • Lead community management strategy, including engagement, escalation, and moderation best practices.
  • Analyze performance, synthesize insights, and deliver concise reports and actionable recommendations to optimize content, channel strategy and influencer activations.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, emerging formats and cultural moments to drive innovation and relevance.

Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand marketing.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience owning and managing social media channels for a brand or organization.
  • Proven experience developing content strategies and executing campaigns that drive measurable results, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Proven experience shooting and creating social-native content (you can provide links to content you have createdalong with writing samples)
  • Experience building and managing influencer/creator partnerships and content programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of social platforms, publishing tools, analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and managing content workflows end-to-end.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.
