Job description

Nuuly is looking for an Associate Manager of Influencer & Community! The Associate Manager, Influencer & Community is responsible for driving strategy and execution across Nuuly’s paid influencer partnerships, owning external partner relationships, and serving as the team’s functional expert on partnership strategy and contract negotiation.

This role will develop and maintain casting frameworks aligned to Nuuly’s target customer personas, lead complex partnership negotiations, and support creator progression through community funnels. The candidate will grow into end-to-end ownership of flagship influencer campaigns, bringing strategic judgment, analytical rigor, and a proven track record of driving business outcomes through influencer marketing.

Candidate must be strategic, collaborative, organized, and analytical, with proven experience executing and optimizing influencer campaigns that align with business goals, increase brand awareness, and drive purchases. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Influencers & Community and is based out of our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

  • Develop and maintain paid influencer casting frameworks tied to Nuuly’s target customer personas, ensuring strategic alignment across all partnerships
  • Lead end-to-end execution of paid influencer campaigns, including strategic briefing, creator selection, negotiation, contract management, content approval, and performance reporting
  • Own and manage external partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for campaign execution and quality oversight
  • Negotiate complex influencer partnerships and contracts, maintaining consistent deal standards and terms across the team
  • Serve as the team’s functional expert on paid partnership strategy, training and coaching teammates on best practices, contract norms, and negotiation tactics without direct reporting authority
  • Partner with influencer team members to support creator progression through Nuuly influencer communities, identifying high-potential candidates for further involvement
  • Analyze campaign performance using CreatorIQ and related analytics tools, driving iterative improvements across the paid influencer program
  • Build and maintain a database of brand-aligned influencers across tiers and customer segments
  • Contribute to broader brand marketing strategy, cross-functional campaign planning, and integrated marketing efforts

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Brand, Influencer, or Partnership Marketing, or a related role
  • Demonstrated ownership of influencer campaigns from brief through post-campaign reporting
  • Experience managing agency relationships and overseeing agency-executed campaigns
  • Proven track record of negotiating influencer contracts and partnership deals with creators, managers, and agencies
  • Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the URBN brands, customers, and product
  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing KPIs, attribution, and performance analytics
  • Proven contract negotiation skills with the ability to hold standards firmly while preserving partner relationships
  • Experience using CreatorIQ, GRIN, or other influencer management software
  • Willing and able to both think strategically and roll up sleeves as needed, and flex when business priorities change
  • Self-starter and strong team player who can act as both a collaborator and an owner/leader
