You'll be joining one of the top independent agencies in North America. What to expect as an Influencer Intern at Tombras:
Commitment to a 9 week, paid internship, $18 an hour starting on 06/16/26 and ending on 08/14/26 with a maximum of 25 hours per week.
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager of Influencer Marketing to assist in the development, execution, and optimization of influencer campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing, digital strategy, and brand management within a collaborative, high-energy environment.
What you'll be doing:
  • Campaign Support: Learn and assist in the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from influencer identification and outreach to content coordination and performance tracking
  • Influencer Research: Conduct research to identify potential influencers (macro, micro, and nano) who align with client objectives, brand values, and target audiences
  • Content Development: Help draft creative briefs and other campaign materials under the guidance of the Senior Brand Manager
  • Analytics and Reporting: Support with tracking campaign performance, monitoring key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), and compiling reports to evaluate influencer campaign effectiveness
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content strategies to offer fresh insights and ideas

What you bring:
  • Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor's program, or a recent graduate with a major in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field (a degree is not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • A passion for influencer marketing, social media and pop cultureSocial media platform knowledge; know the in's-and-outs of how each platform functions (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and LinkedIn)
  • Proficiency in a Mac environment; experience with Google Docs, Google Analytics, Canva, and the Adobe Suite.
  • Team player that can operate in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
