Job description

Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Countering Foreign Influence Program (CFIP) Analyst to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Program Security Services (PSS) task order. 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

Location:

Arlington, Virginia

Salary Range: $110,000โ€“$160,000 annually

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance, adjudicated within the past five (5) years

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert regarding undue foreign influence and risks associated with foreign government talent programs, conflicts of interest, and conflicts of commitment.
  • Analyze volunteered information associated with prospective awardee submission packages and develop risk assessments concerning potential foreign influence.
  • Analyze foreign entities proposing to DARPA projects and assess risks associated with the research and/or proposer.
  • Prepare and provide risk assessments and recommendations to DARPA leadership.
  • Provide weekly status updates regarding open and completed reviews to SID/SAPCO leadership and contribute information to monthly management reports.
Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree with 4 years of relevant analyst, risk management, or program security experience -OR- an Associateโ€™s degree with 6 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated successful experience supporting DoD or IC research and development (R&D) programs.
  • Knowledge of foreign influence risks, foreign government talent programs, conflicts of interest, and conflicts of commitment.
  • Strong analytical, risk assessment, research, and written communication capabilities.
