Job description

5-hour ENERGY is looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced, collaborative role.

If you have a knack for researching and vetting influencers, building relationships, negotiating contracts, briefing and holding influencers accountable, this may be the role for you! Youโ€™ll also track ad codes and support our social team with community engagement, trend identification and other tasks as needed.

Weโ€™re a fast-moving team on the hunt for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes social media, trends, and creator culture. If you can spot the difference between a creator with real influence and one with just a pretty grid โ€” keep reading.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced, highly collaborative role where no two days look the same. One minute youโ€™re deep in influencer research, the next youโ€™re negotiating partnerships, brainstorming campaign ideas, tracking performance, or jumping on the latest trend before it peaks.

Weโ€™re looking for someone who knows how to:

  • Find and vet influencers who genuinely align with our brand
  • Build strong creator relationships that go beyond โ€œper my last emailโ€
  • Negotiate contracts and manage campaign details like a pro
  • Clearly brief influencers and keep projects on track
  • Hold partners accountable while still being someone creators love working with
  • Track promo/ad codes and monitor campaign performance
  • Support our social team with community engagement, trend spotting, and all things internet culture
  • Other projects as needed

The ideal candidate is equal parts organized, creative, proactive, and social-savvy. Youโ€™re someone who understands the fast-moving world of influencers, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and isnโ€™t afraid to dive in and make things happen.

If your algorithm basically counts as market research and you love turning online buzz into real brand impact, weโ€™d love to meet you.
