Job description

Company Description
Vuori is re-defining what athletic apparel looks like: built to move and sweat in but designed with a casual aesthetic to transition into everyday life. We draw inspiration from an active coastal California lifestyle; an integration of fitness, creative expression and life. Our high energy fast paced retail environment is reflected in the clothes we make. We aim to inspire others to take on all aspects of their lives with clarity, enthusiasm and purpose...while having a lot of fun along the way. We are proud to be an outlet for opportunity and for personal growth and success.
Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Influencer Specialist Manager role on our Influencer team that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest growing and most exciting apparel brands around! You will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our growing influencer strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable ROI across key social platforms. You'll identify, negotiate, and cultivate authentic partnerships with creators whose values align with Vuori's mission of performance-meets-purpose, furthering our overall influencer strategy through a thoughtful mix of paid partnerships, product seeding, relationship building, and event-based activations. Working cross-functionally with Social, Creative, Paid Media, and Legal teams, you'll lead end-to-end campaign execution - from strategic concepts and contract negotiations to performance analysis and optimization. You'll also manage campaign budgets, ensure compliance with disclosure and usage guidelines, and leverage insights to continuously refine and elevate Vuori's influencer programs within the broader digital marketing ecosystem.
What you'll get to do:
  • Paid Partnership Management: Manage and lead designated day-to-day talent partnerships including trackers, briefings, events, seeding and reporting cross functionally with the Influencer and PR Managers.
  • Contribute to overall Influencer strategy progression to achieve brand goals and KPIs, in collaboration with cross-functional department coordination.
  • Lead talent negotiations for tier 2 & 3 partnerships in the fashion and lifestyle space, ensuring alignment with broader team, business objectives and budget constraints.
  • Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future influencer and content strategies.
  • Events: Assist in the planning, staffing and execution of seasonal campaigns and influencer activations, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently, including product seeding, delivery, and influencer communication.
  • Seeding: Develop comprehensive monthly seeding target lists, identify key influencers, and other brand-aligned individuals to maximize visibility and impact.
  • Influencer Relations: Maintain an organized influencer database, ensuring contact details, campaign history, and content deliverables are accurately recorded.
  • Grow personal influencer relationship network on behalf of the brand, engaging with new talent monthly.
  • Reporting: Lead monthly and quarterly internal reporting practices, providing organic and paid insights of Influencer activity.

Qualifications
Who you are:
  • 5+ years' experience leading and managing paid influencer and talent partnerships programs, from ideation of talent profiles through completion of deliverables, results reporting, and budget management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
  • Experience working in-house at a brand, agency-side, or with a creator marketplace/platform.
  • Deep understanding of current trends, cultural movements and the ever-evolving pop culture and influencer landscapes.
  • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarly with influencer platforms/tools (i.e., CreatorIQ, Aspire, Awin, etc.), evaluating influencer social metrics, FTC guidelines and best practices for key social platforms (i.e., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a bonus being a strong influencer network of contacts.
  • A positive, proactive, team-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
