Job description

Purpose and Impact: This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking Mid-Level Analytic Facilitators at Offutt AFB, NE and Hurlburt Field, FL to support the development, delivery, and sustainment of intelligence training programs for Air Combat Command (ACC). The selected candidate will contribute to advancing intelligence tradecraft, operational readiness, and mission effectiveness by delivering high-quality training and maintaining relevant courseware across ISR disciplines.

This role emphasizes Airborne ISR platform Formal Training Unit (FTU) support, Non-Kinetic/Information Warfare (IW) training, Mission Crew Training Simulator (MCTS) scenario development, and Tactical Systems Operator (TSO) Training and certification ensuring personnel are prepared for real-world operations across air, cyber, and information domains Essential Responsibilities: * Provide ground academic instruction on aircraft systems, ISR operations, and applicable regulatory guidance (FAA, ICAO, DoD/USAF). * Develop and maintain realistic training scenarios for Airborne Cryptologic Analysts (1A8X1) and Airborne ISR Operators (1A8X2). * Support simulator and inflight training as a qualified instructor for ISR aircrew.

* Deliver training supporting initial qualification, upgrade, and difference certification. * Participate in test and evaluation sorties to identify emerging training requirements. * Update courseware to reflect changes in mission systems, policy, and operational environments.

* Analyze training effectiveness using metrics such as Programmed Flying Training (PFT) execution rates and performance outcomes. * Support course maintenance, scheduling, and administrative training functions * Develop and deliver training for Information Warfare (IW) integration and planning and Non-Kinetic Operations (NKO) across space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum domains Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: The position supports sensitive operations and demands strict adherence to IC analytic standards, information security requirements, and professional ethics. Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): * Previous experience with RC-135 or other airborne cryptologic platform operations * Prior instructor certification or formal training experience within Air Force intelligence program * Demonstrated experience in intelligence training development and delivery, ISR operations and multi-INT integration, Air Force or Joint operational environments * Proven ability to develop and implement training for emerging technologies and mission capabilities.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including briefing senior military and civilian leaders * Ability to work with diverse teams in fast-paced, classified environments Additional Requirements: * Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and IC security and conduct standards * Ability to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance * Availability to support CONUS and OCONUS missions as required * Responsible for maintaining qualifications and training unless Government-directed Security Clearance Required: * TS/SCI eligibility. A polygraph may be required for some positions. Minimum Education: * Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus an additional 4 years of relevant level experience (total 10 years) Minimum Years of Experience: * 6 years of experience conducting airborne cryptologic operations, intelligence analysis, or training, or with recent experience within the last 2 years.

Preferred Qualifications: * Prior instructor certification or formal training experience within Air Force intelligence programs * Previous 1A8x1 or 1A8X2 operational experience * Foreign language program management or training experience (desired) * Familiarity with CYBERCOM training standards (CTIAC) and cyber intelligence operations * Familiarity with ICD 203 and related analytic integrity standards * Familiarity with Non-Kinetic Operations (NKO) and Information Warfare concepts * Experience supporting operational or mission-focused analytic teams * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to guide senior analysts and leaders As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, Amentum is a drug-free workplace and requires all personnel to comply with company drug and alcohol policies as a condition of employment.
