A leadership position that connects departments: Work side-by-side with talent acquisition, inflight and safety to hire the most suitable team members, keep policies consistent, close gaps early, and stay audit-ready without last-minute scrambles.

A team you can shape and develop: Lead instructors, specialists and inflight leaders, set expectations, coach performance, and build a structure that keeps quality high as schedules ramp.

Modern learning used properly: Drive CBT/eLearning where it improves retention and delivery, and keep everything aligned to manuals, procedures and internal initiatives.

What youโ€™ll be doing

  • Lead the Inflight Training & Standards departments and manage instructors, specialists and inflight leaders.
  • Build, review and improve training programs (initial, recurrent, requalification, differences) with clear performance measures.
  • Own inflight training policies and procedures and run updates through implementation.
  • Keep the department compliant: instructor assessments, content quality checks, safety debriefs, and corrective actions.
  • Oversee budget, org structure, project costs and scheduling for all classroom and training events.
  • Coordinate CBT/eLearning creation with curriculum design, development and records support.
  • Keep training, standards and processes consistent with FAA requirements and internal initiatives.

What youโ€™ll need

  • 2+ years leading large, diverse teams in a progressive leadership track.
  • 2+ years as a Flight Attendant, plus 2+ years in inflight training leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of FAA requirements (including Part 121 inflight), CFRs and FAA guidance.

Other essentials:

  • Able to attend, pass and maintain Magnifica Air Flight Attendant training.
  • Travel up to 25%.
  • Valid US passport (or ability to obtain one).

The highest standards for our guests. The same respect for our people.
