Job Overview

Looking for a hands-on role with a clear daily routine? Do you enjoy being part of a team that keeps things moving efficiently? As a Loader at Marvin, you'll play a key role in making sure our premium windows and doors are shipped safely and accurately. You'll follow established processes to protect products from damage and ensure timely delivery to our customers. This role offers a consistent schedule and the chance to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Highlights of your role
  • Review shipping orders to confirm accuracy and ensure products are free from damage
  • Load trucks by hand with care and precision, following scanning and documentation procedures
  • Record department data and complete paperwork with attention to detail

Work a consistent schedule with opportunities for overtime:

    • Weekend shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm; Overtime required occasionally.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • Previous experience operating a forklift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Basic computer skills and clear communication
Also want to make sure you have
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 85 lbs.
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain required forklift/industrial vehicle licenses
  • Motivation to work independently and as part of a team
