Our Team Description:
Infinity Group is a design-driven architecture and construction firm. We guide those responsible for developing next-generation workspaces across the US, using a methodology that offers clients critical insight and control over their projects at every step, resulting in an elevated process and final product.
Summary
The Project Executive plays a pivotal role in setting up Infinity Group's projects for success by guiding clients through the critical pre-sale phase. Acting as a trusted advisor and connector, you'll coordinate with internal teams - including business development, design, estimating, and project management - to deliver clear, compelling proposals and Feasibility Budget Reports that help clients make informed decisions.
You'll build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and landlords by providing exceptional communication, proactive problem-solving, and a steady presence during early project planning. While the Project Manager becomes the main point of contact once construction begins, you'll remain a supportive resource for clients, reinforcing Infinity Group's reputation for responsive, high-touch service and providing continuity at the account level to drive repeat business.
This role requires a people-first relationship-builder with an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a working knowledge of commercial interiors projects. Your ability to balance client needs with internal delivery capabilities will help projects start on the right foot - on time, within scope, and with client confidence intact.
Your Knowledge and Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in client management, project management, account management, or related roles within commercial real estate or design-build/construction.
  • Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, brokers, landlords, and partners.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated individual that is hungry, humble, and smart.
  • Strategic thinker - able to develop a win strategy for large projects on a repeatable basis ($1m+).
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycles, including design and construction phases.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems, project management tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Based within Infinity Group's core markets and willing to travel regionally for client meetings and site visits as needed.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary client liaison during the pre-sale phase, from initial opportunity through to signed contract.
  • Identify all influencers in the client's circle of influence and establish and maintain relationships which each one.
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts to build an account strategy, identify upcoming opportunities, align with client business objectives, and position Infinity Group for repeat work.
  • Coordinate closely with internal business development, design, estimating, and project management teams to develop and deliver Feasibility Budget Reports, proposals, and project contracts that align with client goals.
  • Lead and facilitate pre-construction client meetings, site visits, and milestone presentations to build client confidence and drive decision-making.
  • Ensure clear, proactive communication with clients about project scope, budget ranges, and timeline expectations during the pre-sale process.
  • Maintain organized documentation of client communications, requirements, and evolving project details in the CRM and file management platforms.
  • Support a smooth handoff to the project management team at the start of construction, ensuring all client expectations and agreements are clearly understood.
  • Remain available to clients as a trusted resource and friendly point of contact throughout construction, assisting with questions or additional needs as they arise.
  • Advocate for the client's best interests while balancing scope, budget, and schedule constraints with internal delivery capabilities.

How we Measure Your Success
  • Booked Revenue from assigned accounts
  • Client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Timeliness and clarity of client communications and deliverables
  • Internal team feedback on account management effectiveness

Physical Requirements
  • Must maintain a professional appearance suitable for client- and broker-facing meetings.
  • Ability to participate in site visits, including walking active construction sites when required.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally overnight to meet client needs.
