Licensing Requirements
This is a licensing-contingent position.
  • An active Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred, but not required to apply.
  • Candidates who are not currently licensed must obtain their Property & Casualty license before their employment begins.
  • We provide comprehensive licensing support, including study resources, coaching, and guidance throughout the licensing process to help you become licensed and ready for success.
Position Overview
As an Insurance Producer, you will focus on developing new business, building strong customer relationships, and helping individuals and families protect what matters most. You'll consult with prospective and existing customers, identify their insurance needs, and recommend personalized coverage solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
  • Generate new business through referrals, inbound opportunities, networking, lead follow-up, and community outreach.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance products with confidence and professionalism.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive follow-up.
  • Manage your sales pipeline from prospect to policy issuance.
  • Overcome objections and confidently ask for the business.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within agency systems.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and production goals.

  • Active Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
  • Previous sales, insurance, banking, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred.
