Infinity Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative hospice care team. In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychosocial support to individuals dealing with serious and complex emotional issues related to life-limiting illnesses. You will play a crucial role in enhancing patients' quality of life, delivering services that bridge both clinical therapy and empathetic care.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting psychosocial assessments through evidence-based screening tools, identifying clients’ mental health needs and crafting personalized treatment approaches.
  • Developing and implementing integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team, ensuring holistic treatment is provided.
  • Providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients, focusing on both their emotional well-being and social support systems.
  • Assisting clients in crisis situations with prompt and effective intervention strategies.
  • Carrying a manageable caseload, consistently monitoring client progress and treatment outcomes, and adjusting care plans as needed to promote optimal recovery.
  • Creating a safe environment by adhering to stringent safety protocols and ethical guidelines established by Infinity Behavioral Health Center.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily be working with individuals facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders within a hospice setting. This role focuses on providing compassionate care to patients in their final stages of life, ensuring they receive the support necessary for navigating emotional challenges during this sensitive time. By employing a client-centered approach, you will help facilitate an understanding of their needs and preferences, empowering them in their care journey.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant mental health setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Competence in crisis intervention techniques and a keen understanding of ethical practices in mental health.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences and skills may enhance your candidacy:
