  • Provide group, individual, and family therapy sessions targeting emotional disturbances and addiction recovery.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop integrated care plans to facilitate access to additional resources and services as needed.
  • Participate as an active member of the clinical team, ensuring that treatment plans align with organizational goals to empower clients in their recovery journeys.
  • Implement evidence-based approaches in your treatment modalities and keep abreast of new methodologies to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
  • Monitor client progress and compliance with treatment goals, adjusting care strategies based on individual needs.

  • Participate in case reviews and clinical supervision to contribute to peer learning and to refine personal practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This demographic often includes individuals from various backgrounds who may face unique challenges due to socio-economic factors. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Infinity Behavioral Health Center, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate these complexities while fostering resilience and recovery.

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory for this position.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical social work, specifically within addiction or mental health settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish professional relationships with clients and families.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and various therapeutic modalities.
  • Proficient in documentation and treatment planning, with an ability to utilize electronic health records (EHR).
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in outpatient or substance use disorder treatment modalities is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Previous experience providing group therapy and conducting psychoeducation workshops.

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
