Team Jelinek, State Farm
As an Insurance Account Representative at Team Jelinek, State Farm, you will be an essential contributor to both delivering exceptional client service and driving the growth of our agency’s book of business. In this hybrid service and sales role, you’ll provide attentive, day-to-day support to policyholders while proactively leveraging each client interaction to identify opportunities for multi-lining and expanding coverage.
Approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, including answering incoming calls, assisting walk-in customers, responding to underwriter inquiries, and helping clients with claims. The remaining 30% will focus on sales activities such as identifying potential opportunities during client interactions, setting appointments for the sales team, and supporting the agency’s growth initiatives.
