This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your own space while maintaining a strong connection with your clients and colleagues. You will be engaging in outpatient therapy, primarily through virtual platforms, emphasizing accessibility and convenience for our clients. • Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group sessions where clients can share experiences, connect with one another, and learn from their peers. Each session is aimed at fostering a supportive environment conducive to open discussion and healing.
• Conduct Individual Therapy: Offer personalized counseling sessions tailored to the individual’s needs, exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop effective coping strategies.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create customized, goal-oriented treatment plans that encompass their unique challenges and aspirations.
• Monitor Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimum outcomes.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Actively participate in multidisciplinary consultations, sharing insights on complex cases and coordinating care with fellow mental health professionals to provide holistic support.

The clients you will serve predominantly consist of young adults facing mental health and mood disorders. This position demands sensitivity and dedication, as you will be helping individuals navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. • Education: A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.
• Licensure: Candidates must possess a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.
• Experience: Previous experience in mental health treatment, particularly in outpatient settings, is essential.

• Your compensation will be competitive, with an annual salary between $85,000 and $100,000.
