We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team and make a difference by preparing delicious meals for our residents and facility staff. Additionally, you will provide guidance to dietary aides and dishwashers to ensure food safety and sanitation regulations are properly followed. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of meals as directed
  • Adhere to Federal and State long-term care regulations for food safety and sanitation, and follow all Dietary Department policies and procedures.
  • Keep the kitchen and work areas clean by washing and cleaning equipment and utensils, and performing other scheduled cleaning tasks.
  • Safely operate and assess the condition of food service equipment.
  • Perform other duties or assignments as directed by the Dietary Manager.
