Requirements

  • Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing in Virginia or valid Multi-State License Degree in Nursing required.
  • A minimum of four years of long-term, Assisted Living or Memory Care experience required.
  • Certification in Infection Control as an Infection Preventionist required.
  • Valid CPR teaching certification preferred.
  • Experience in staff education, infection control, or long-term care preferred.
