About This Role

Infant and Toddler Educator Opportunities

Join our team in Hampton, VA, where you can make a meaningful impact on young children's lives every day!

Competitive compensation ranging from $15 to $17 per hour for Teachers, with Aides starting at $13.50/hour

Full-time positions available

We're seeking passionate and dedicated Infant and Toddler Teachers who can create a nurturing environment for our little ones.


Available positions:

  • Infant Teacher
  • Toddler Teacher

What You'll Do
  • Provide top-notch care and supervision to infants and toddlers at all times
  • Participate in daily classroom routines, including diapering, feeding, and engaging activities that promote learning and development
  • Support toddlers during potty training, helping them take this important step towards independence
  • Maintain a spotless, organized, and safe classroom environment through regular cleaning and sanitizing
  • Prepare daily reports and updates to keep parents informed about their child's progress
  • Establish effective communication with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Strictly adhere to center policies and state licensing requirements

Requirements
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
  • CDA credential or at least 1 year of childcare experience
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for working with infants and toddlers
  • Proof of training and certifications required

Nice To Haves
  • Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification
